Turning at the Beresford Exit 47 go West on Highway 46 Wagner is 85 miles. From Interstate 90 turning at the Plankinton Exit heading South on Highway 50 Wagner is 60 miles. From Highways 18/281 heading East coming from Western South Dakota and Northern Nebraska will take you to Wagner, going through towns like Fairfax SD and O'Neill and Spencer NB. All about 60 miles.
